Your mental well-being is about your thoughts and feelings and how you cope with the ups and downs of everyday life. Resilience is your ability to cope with change and adversity. By strengthening your resilience, you're better able to maintain good mental well-being through all of life's ups and downs.
The Health Promotion team hosts a number of events that can increase overall mental well-being, decrease stress, and foster resilience. Our program topics include:

We developed a space for students that encourages relaxation, meditation & contemplation to foster the connection between the mind and body. Programs include:

Biofeedback – learn breathing techniques to help calm the mind and senses

Journaling activities (paper, colored pens/pencils; art supplies)
