2025 Strategic Plan
St. Thomas 2025 was an ambitious yet focused five-year strategic plan designed to propel the university toward a new level of impact. It guided us to reach higher in serving our students, our »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ and the world.
Thanks to the steadfast hard work of so many in our St. Thomas »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ and the many accomplishments that stemmed from our 2025 strategic plan we continue to expand our impact.
Over the past five years, the »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ has experienced a period of remarkable progress, including:
- graduated thousands of Tommies who are serving their communities and impacting the world
- seen
- observed consistently strong regional enrollment
- transitioned to Division I athletics, elevating school spirit and national visibility
- opened the
- introduced a two-year on-campus housing requirement alongside major investments in residence halls
- launched new student-centered initiatives − including the Center for Student Achievement, the Center for Well-Being, and the Paul and Sarah Karon Veterans Resource Center − that demonstrate our deep commitment to holistic student success
- opened the Schoenecker Center for STEAM Education, marking a bold investment in interdisciplinary learning and innovation
- created new national partnerships that underscore our rising profile
St. Thomas 2030 will build on this powerful momentum—amplifying our excellence and expanding our impact in the years ahead.
